These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlwin.pro ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlwin.pro website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

phlwin.pro reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of Services offered by phlwin.pro, you must create a registered account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phlwin.pro. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phlwin.pro employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, phlwin.pro reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. In cases of deliberate fraud, the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlwin.pro username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phlwin.pro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phlwin.pro support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account pending a security review.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, phlwin.pro conducts KYC verification on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

phlwin.pro supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on phlwin.pro is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phlwin.pro does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

All content on the phlwin.pro platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of phlwin.pro or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phlwin.pro platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. In no event shall phlwin.pro's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlwin.pro account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
